Danavero Inc. has successfully implemented Salesforce CRM solution for Hub for IDPs project run by non-profit organization House of Free People.
House of Free People – a hub uniting non-governmental organizations that provide assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) was opened in Kyiv on August 18, 2015. Salesforce CRM implementation was a part of humanitarian project for IDPs with support of US Agency for International Development (USAID). As part of the project, Danavero’s engineers configured Salesforce CRM to satisfy House of Free People needs and requirements, ensured data comparability from other systems and trained House of Free People personnel to use Salesforce CRM.
