Danavero Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager / IT Sales Manager to drive growth and lead sales efforts. We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a strategic mindset and a strong desire to scale the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international IT service sales (outsourcing/outstaffing);
- Solid understanding of the full sales cycle and ability to manage it independently;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools;
- Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken).
As a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or collaboration with marketing teams;
- Experience representing the company at events (conferences, meetups, webinars, etc.);
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events and conferences in Ukraine and abroad;
- Analytical thinking: market and competitor research, strategy building;
- Experience in building or scaling a sales department.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market and client research using platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, AngelList, Crunchbase, etc.;
- Scheduling and holding online meetings with prospects and partners;
- Leading negotiations, closing deals, and managing long-term relationships with clients;
- Upselling and cross-selling to current accounts;
- Collecting and analyzing client feedback;
- Actively contributing to the creation of commercial offers and presentations;
- Driving full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
