IT Business Development Manager/ IT Sales Manager

Danavero Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager / IT Sales Manager to drive growth and lead sales efforts. We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a strategic mindset and a strong desire to scale the company.

​​Requirements

  • Proven experience in international IT service sales (outsourcing/outstaffing);
  • Solid understanding of the full sales cycle and ability to manage it independently;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools;
  • Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken).

As a plus

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or collaboration with marketing teams;
  • Experience representing the company at events (conferences, meetups, webinars, etc.);
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events and conferences in Ukraine and abroad;
  • Analytical thinking: market and competitor research, strategy building;
  • Experience in building or scaling a sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market and client research using platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, AngelList, Crunchbase, etc.;
  • Scheduling and holding online meetings with prospects and partners;
  • Leading negotiations, closing deals, and managing long-term relationships with clients;
  • Upselling and cross-selling to current accounts;
  • Collecting and analyzing client feedback;
  • Actively contributing to the creation of commercial offers and presentations;
  • Driving full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing.
